processing time: orders are processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days. you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

shipping rates & times:
we provide free shipping to you. if you would like a faster method it is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping service. delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.

address accuracy:
please double-check your shipping address. we are not responsible for delays or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

order changes:
we can modify or cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. fill out a form on the CONTACT page as soon as possible.

lost / damaged packages:
if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the carrier’s stated timeframe, email us — we’ll assist in resolving it with the carrier.
