returns + refunds
returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items with the seal intact. for hygiene reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned.
customers are responsible for return shipping. original shipping fees are non-refundable.

final sale
final sale items can’t be returned. (any item marked “final sale” on the product page is not eligible.)

damages / wrong item
if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

how to start a return
use our contact page and include your order number and the email used at checkout. we’ll reply with next steps.

refund timing
refunds are issued to the original payment method 5–7 business days after inspection. no direct exchanges.

included cleansing pad
if your order included a complimentary cleansing pad, please return it unused with the serum. if it’s not returned, $10 will be deducted from the refund.
